Did not post over the LONG weekend. I have a Mac computer at home and it does not allow me to do the things I want to. I hope everyone had a good weekend. I would like to hear about it.

I heard about the guuy who threw his kids over the balcony (or what ever it was) and then jumped off. What an ass. Why the hell would anyone do that. So what if your life is miserable. Do you really have to mess with your childrens life? That is just so F****d up.

Then there is the cat who had his leg cut off because he did not win first prize. What the F**k??????? It is just a cat. Not like he can do anything about not winning. The guy should have his leg cut off. Everyone in the Fuzz Family I am sure agrees.

I am back at work and do not have to commute to CT. My department is supposed to move in October. (I am the only one in my department.) I also do the job of 2 people. I started December 03 with another girl. In May 04 she was fired and they haven't hired anyone to replace her. I guess I am good enough. Any way....all the traveling I did to CT this month I am going to be reimbursed. Thank goodness. The price of gas alone. Oh my god. I spent an entire paycheck on gas. (we get paid every other week) I am going to make the move to CT later in the year. I come up for a raise and review in December and if I don't make enough money (14 an hour or more)I will not be able to afford to keep my job. Don't you just love how that works?

I LOVE your blog's new look!! I keep thinking of changing my site's look. Don't know though! So glad you got reimbursed! Good luck w/the review and the move!

hey thanks. If you change the look you have to re-do all the little things. I think it just might be all the links. Which we all know is a pain in the ass. I had such a wonderful time with that. I like your design you havve. I think maybe you should do a vote see if anyone else thinks it should stay or be remodeled. Just my opinion.

Kat, I like your site how it is. My kids recognize it too! What does that tell you?! LOL!

Danni, I forgot you had a site now. I like the premis! Goodness knows we need someplace like this.
I know it's tough for you right now with Jake. Please let us know when you find something out.
Isn't that so typical of jobs today?! They don't want to pay for travel upfront. What do they think we are, rich?! You have to work to live but it's getting so that you can't afford even to work!!! We were going to send our daughter to preschool (she'll be 3) with her brother in the fall. We decided not to because we just can't afford to on one income. Duncan's cost alone will be almost $300 a month. Man, in Tulsa, there was a 4 year old program as part of the public school system and it was FREE!!! That's how it should be. Kids today MUST have preschool just to keep up, what about people who just can't afford it?! Oh well, when Dunc goes to Kindergarten, Casey will go to Preschool. I was looking forward to having a little time to myself for a change, too! I guess I need to stop being so selfish!

Wow, that felt good!

I AM A SINGLE MOTHER OF AN 8YR OLD AND A 7YR OLD. I GET ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE STATE. I make 12.25 an hour mon-fri. I don't have a lot of time with my kids. Nor a lot of money. I have to pay 30 dollars a week for child care. If I did not have that I don't know what I would do. The going rate is 130 a week per kid. My mom is was like you. She had three girls her husband passed, a child passed and her father passed in a five year span. She worked two jobs and had to pay child care. I don't know how you guys do it. The worst part is men think they have it hard and we have it easy. YEAH RIGHT!
See you all tomorrow.

My husband is Military and that's all we would need it to get caught! He plans to retire with this job. I can't work because I can't find anyone who will take my handicapped son, including day care centers. I have to catheterize him and medicate him, that I've not found anyplace with a nurse or anyone who's willing to learn. In school they have to provide services. Anyway, I like being home anyway. I'm lucky that I can afford to.

Karen - Kim and I were just talking about the two co-workers using the system. It's sad really. For every two women like them, there are 100's more! What's really sad, is they take away from those of us who really need the assistance! And contribute to the national debt our country is in! What to do?

Wow...that's bad! And not fair!

That's ashame. You know, some people just don't think, OR, they think that the world owes them something. It's hard on people like us who are honest and would never think of doing something like that. It just makes me mad at how some people think!
