I have 2 children a 12 year old girl and an 11 year old boy. Wow that is an old picture. I have two cats. Two girls. I would love to have more but can not right now. In the future I will. Danielle-Love the pictures, sorry that you are so rushed right now but understand how work can drive one crazy. Hope you have something fun planned for the weekend and it includes taking lots of pictures too.
Oh Claire I do have a fun weekend ahead. Saturday shopping for an outfit. Sunday party with no kids. can't wait. I am going to probably use all avaliable pictures on my new camera.
What fun. I hope you find the perfect outfit and have a wonderful time. Can't wait till Monday to hear about it. We are also busy this weekend with our classic car and a local cruise event. Not as big as our Woodward Dream Cruise but should be fun non the less. We are expecting some heat though, temps in the 90's and humid. Hope your weather is great for the party on Sunday!!!!
Well I think it is supposed to be about 89 overcast and a possible shower. Classic car event sounds like fun. So does a cruise. Where is that going?
Karen, I understand some of what you must be feeling. My daughter suffers from depression also and is on medication but still has days and situations where she can't cope. Just know that I think you are a wonderful, caring person and I admire you a great deal for all that you do. I pray that this day, and all the upcoming days, get better for you. The Great Fuzz Family all care about each other and thanks to Danielle for providing this wonderful site for us.
Danielle, Cruising is a hobby we have (kind of a "thing" around Detroit) where we hand around with other people and their cars-the one on Telegraph tomorrow is where on about a 10 mile stretch of this road people will be allowed to drive their classic cars and hot rods and also business will provide parking along the way so car clubs and just people who enjoy this will be able to park and socialize. Sounds kind of corny to put it into words but for us teenages of the 60's it was a way of life that I guess we are trying to recapture-of course gas was about 25 cents a gallon back then so we'll probably do more sitting in parking lots then driving around but still fun for us oldies (lots of young people are getting into it too, they like looking at all the older cars).

Karen I get like that. Some days I just don't give a shit. It really sucks. I hope it gets better for you soon. I ditto everything Claire said. I hate seeing people like that because I know what it is like.
Thanks Danielle. Hope we don't all roast this weekend in this weather but really hope you have great fun on Sunday. Thanks again for providing this site for all of us to share our feelings. Karen, have a good weekend and cuddle with your fuzzy babies. It may not solve anything but it sure feels great!!!!
karen, praying for you. i have never went thru depression so i can't say i understand what you are going thru. but i know it's something difficult to deal with. i will keep you in my prayers. you are such a kind, loving person. i hope you start feeling better soon.
claire have fun at the cruise event. we call them cruise in's here. the local corvette club (which just started up) wants my husband to join. only problem is they go on little outings on sunday mornings. we won't skip church for that. there is also a local classic cruiser's club here also. i've worked on some of the cars interiors. there's some really nice cars. but my husband has been working hard to get back into drag racing. he would rather put his splurge money into his race cars and going to the strip on saturdays.
danielle, have fun! adult time, wow! what's that. our daughter was suppose to spend the night with a friend last night. we got the "i wanna come home" phone call at 10:30. oh well, usually she does pretty good. not last night.
Karen: I completely understand about depression. I take an anti-depressant. My sisters all take one. I believe it is a disease that, unfortunately, comes down the family line. My mother has it as well. ANYTIME you need to talk, I am always available. You know that I think you are an amazing person! Take care!
