Good morning

Well sorry if I made anyone worry yesterday. I left work at lunchtime. My daughter wasn't feeling well. I think today she might have a fever. If the Y calls and tells me she does I am going to have to bring her to the docs. I get paranoid. She is complaining of stomach pain. So I start thinking it might be apendix problems. It is probably just some kind of bug going around. I tend to think it is more than it really is. I really hope Zebby gets a good loving home. Oh the heat has gone down finally. It was 98 yesterday a record was broken. It is supposed to be mid 80s today. I just like these pictures.

Darling pictures, love the Panda playpen thing.

It is understandable that you would be concerned. All mothers can relate to that. Hope your daughter feels better, sometimes this heat we've been experiencing can do strange things too so hopefully she bounces back now that it is cooler for you. Hope everyone has a great day and a wonderful weekend.

Thanks Claire. I hope it is just a heat thing.

I hope it is just a heat thing, too! I know I get all flushed and sick to my stomach if I'm out in the heat for too long. Make sure she DRINKS enough!! It's not usually something New Englanders have to worry about, but she could be dehydrated--which matches her symptoms, too.

I love the pictures--both of them! I hope the first one is the Final Exam for Cat Proofing those Shepherds! The panda playpen is just cute. I love the way the babies curl into vertical balls to sleep--too funny!

Have a good weekend everyone! Danielle, take care, you know Mumma worries.

Danielle- theses pictures are to cute.
I hope your daughter is doing well too. Do make sure she drinks plenty of fluids even though the temp out side has gone down.

dehydrating and over heating are very serious. make sure she drinks plenty of water or even sports drinks. if she gets too hot place a wet washcloth (you can put ice in the washcloth) on her neck or other pulse points. this will help to cool her off too. we use to do this when we had softball tournaments on summer weekends w/ heat indexes of 100+.
